We ship worldwide! Free standard domestic shipping will apply automatically for all purchases of $100 or more.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER for Orders shipping OUTSIDE of the Unites States of America!

Duties and Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.  You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs. 

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of orders within 30 days of the original shipping date. Products must be returned in original packaging and condition for the return to be processed; we reserve the right to refuse returns that are damaged or show signs of wear. Outbound shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.


Please email customercare@emberandivy.com to begin the return process. Refunds will be processed once the return is received and inspected at our offices. Please note that for returns, the return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment. Refund returns postmarked after the 30 days will be processed as store credit.


If your jewelry is damaged during the shipping process or is deemed to be defective, please contact us at customercare@emberandivy.com within 15 days of purchase. Please include photos of the damaged item(s) for review. Ember & Ivy is not responsible for maintenance or improper care of the jewelry.
